I am completely disgusted. I am going to contact them and see if they will send me a credit card without me giving them my information. Think I could sue for discrimination if they say no?

Boohooo. One less customer out of 53million BofA has. Get a life. Business is business. Every bank, mortgage company, construction company, etc.... does this. So stop doing business with everyone. Oh look Best Buy sold a tv to an illegal, lets stop shopping there!! HAHA. I'm loving this. Get a life dude, stop whining and get a good job and focus on your life. You act as if Millions of Taliban, Al Queda are comming from across the border to use Bank of America's service. I know of Chase, 53rd Bank, and practically every bank in the Chicago land area has been doing it for years. Not 1 terrorist has been found using those services illegaly. Terrorist that come from the Middle East, and Asia are here legally and can do it without your lame @ss whining about it. Latin America has nothing to do with Muslim terrorism. Latin America is like 98% Catholic.

For the record, they are not undocumented immigrants. THEY ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS.
I'm not sure but I don't think there's a law against B of A doing this. I don't think it's very smart in the long run. It also has nothing to do with our government, except that they need to secure our borders. The states or federal government could also pass laws making it illegal to do banking with illegal aliens. Of course then there's enforcement. It's not happening when it comes to prosecuting companies that hire illegals. Would it happen with banking?
What if their customers were so disgusted with this that they decided to go to US bank or Wells Fargo? Money talks, and if conducting business in this way hurts B of A, some heads are gonna roll. One poster here already made this point!
I'll bet there's more than one bank in this country doing business with illegal aliens. Probably most of them these days....
And you're off base slamming on "Big Business". Where do you think the illegals buy food, gas, cars, housing, businesses? Mexico? Ahem, right here in the USA, illegally.
It's not just "Big business", got it? It's ALL BUSINESS.
Houston, we have a problem... Are you going to I.D. at ALL business and deny service to illegals? Doubtful...

Bof A doesn't care what folks do for a living, wether they are legal or criminal etc. as long as they make a buck on the deal, it's biz as usual. Do you think folks in Latin countries can't get credit cards? Not so. Many have them so really no big deal
Except for the fact that if you look around you, most large manufacturing companies who make stuff or offer services are catering alomst exclusively to Hispanics (many of whom are illegal) Note the mostly black haired, brown skinned faces of the folks they show buying their products in media/TV ads.
They already have the rest of us buying from them and they new illegal wave is their next target. This is simply an earmark of why we have this problem.
Middle America suffers and the rich, wealthy upper class factory owners/ wealthy stock holders want more $$$$$. To heck with whats good for America.
Americans need to stop this behavior if they expect things to come back to what we once thought America was. Write to the so and so companies and tell em' what you think.
I refused to buy a large Dodge truck because of the ad they ran that denigrades Americans and makes a cowboy Latin type look like a hero. For me there are others that I won't buy from as well. If we all did this, things would change.
Don't buy from these mindless, sensless oafs who have turned against AMerica. And be sure you let them know it.

I proves that BofA is trying to expand their business at the expense of their customers. They don't care about their current customers!!! When the illegal alien criminals don't pay the credit card bill the charge offs will be covered by higher rates for their current customers.
If I have a BofA account I would close it! It's a major hassle to change banks but I don't support companies that cater to the illegal alien criminals.
What they are doing is wrong. It gives these criminals an easier way to get money sent back to Mexico - that doesn't help our economy. They can wire $3,000 per month (I think it's per month but the amount is right) FREE.

I heard that last night on NPR as I was driving home from work. And, the bank is charging something higher than 21% interest. They do have to give a security deposit at least, but the whole thing sounds wrong all the way around. I wonder????????

I think this is crazy, how do they plan on collecting the money if someone comes here illegaly and then leaves. They have no bonafied way to prove it was them who racked up the debt if they don't pay! Anyone have any details on how this system works?? Can I apply for one even though I have a credit card with them already? Can I apply for 6 under different fake socials? lol only in america.

The Bank of America, the second largest US commercial bank, thought by many investors to be the best-run large bank in the US, has been taken over by a bunch of left-wing idealists who want to give the bank's money away to indigents and welfare cheats who have no hope of ever repaying it. When the bank's money is gone, they'll declare it insolvent and we'll have to bail them out. Anyone holding Bank of America stock better dump it now while they can.

Bank of America wants to make a quick buck at the expense of our country no matter what the negative effect will be.
With companies like B of A.....who needs enemies?
I'm closing my account and cutting up my B of A credit cards!
Enough is enough!
