Cut it while it is cold, then let it set for a few min. just to take the chill of. You fo not want it warm.

Chilled. It will be kinda funky if its warm at all.

room temp cause if u chill it ...its like picking through ice or frozen ice cream...welll thats wut i believe...just give it a try
