yes this one i know ...if u say it 100 times a da i think all ur sayeaat are erased..if i may so say it...even if they are as much as seawater..please correct me if i'm wrong..i dont want to be giving wrong information to people

rasulullah saw said "whosoever hyms subhannallahi wabihamdihi 100 times, he is credited wid 24000 vitues"
abu zar (r.a) said dat der r two kalimahs which r very light 4 da tongue but very weighty in reward n very pleasing 2 Allah these are subhan-allahi wabuhamdihi n subhan-allahil azeem

n its also mentioned in a hadith tht whosoever recites it 100times in da morning n evening his/her sins will be washed away even if they may be equal 2 da froth on the sea
