How should I send it to her in a folder? It is 60 pages long

Yes, in a folder should work, do not have all of the pages "bound" together.
Weird though, b/c it would seem the binding 60 pages would be beneficial

I too had to do a senior thesis challenge. whilst the paper became executed, we took it to the print save and that they certain it with plastic rings on the area. Unbound could be all of the pages so as with a clip or paper clip(in keeping with what number pages) on the right. this way the professor can take it aside to study and write on it.

Place it in folder (without stapling/paper-clipping/hole-punching) the thing togethr!!
