You have to actually go to the store and try them out. Each one has their own speciality to it. I have a double jogging stroller called InStep. Very popular and they have singles too. Not expensive either. The price difference will be whether or not the front wheel turns. Mine does not and I have no problem in using it. But you get into paying big bucks when they make that front wheel rotate to make your turns easier. Check out your local kids/baby store or even sport shops.

B.O.B, Baby Jogger, and Kelty. Try to find a good store to try them out to see which pushes best. Even a bike store might have a good one. The faster you run, the bigger wheels you need (16 or 20 inch). If you just walk, then something with 12 inch wheels is big enough, you could consider the Phil & Ted's E3 or Mountain Buggy Urban.
Have fun shopping!

Get a Chariot. You can use it for everyday use, as a jogging stroller and you can buy various attachments for it so you can ski and bike. I have twins and I love my Chariot.
