You probably won't find a business devoted solely to the wiccan religion. However, just about any new age book store will have books and supplies, and probably someone who can tell you how to get in touch with a coven nearby. You could also check out yahoo groups; there are probably dozens of groups related to wicca.

wiccan of 30+years. welcome and blessed be. easy to find look online, or under new age shops in the yellow pages in austin. seek and you will find. good hunting and enjoy learning and growing.
