PS-I want to dye my hair with bleach blonde, toffee blonde lowlights, and chestnut brown highlights, would it look good on me, and if it doesn't should I immediantly shave my head?

What you described sounds nice. But depending on the outcome don't be so quick to shave your hair. If anything, if this is your first time dying your hair try something simple first, like dying your hair blonde and if it turns out great then go from there. Don't do too much at one time cuz it might not come out the way you expected it to.

b/c your a guy its best to get high lights and if you already got them add another color but do be careful cause ppl my mistaken your sexuality unless thats your angle
