Just told her about your feelings , and don't forget to follow your heart
if you feel that u r really love her go and tell her about that , and go to that guy to tell him that she is yours .
if you really love her you will follow my advice

You two should def. hook up. There is no law stating that people should hide their feelings because of an ex whether it's bf/gf or marriage. Go for yours! You aren't doing nothing wrong!
