Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Let the sauce simmer as long as you can! Please note the cream cheese is optional, we add it to aid in thickening the sauce. Olive Garden does not use cream cheese.
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese.
Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder.
Simmer this for 15- 20 minutes on low.
You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper.
I just add steamed broccoli, and grilled chicken to mine - YUMMY!

This is pretty easy. The trick will be the chicken. Put a few chicken breasts in plastic bags full oof peppercorn salad dressing all day. Then take them out and bake them at 350 degrees (Farenheit) until done all the way through, keeping them moist by spooning the dressing over them as they bake.
Make the fettucini with a little olive oil in the water, and get it nice and soft. Chop some mushrooms and tomatoes and red peppers and saute them with a little butter. Throw that into the alfredo you have heated in a saucepan and keep the heat low.
When the chicken and pasta are done, cut or tear up the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, and toss them with the fettucini and the pasta. Throw a little pesto in there as well.
Garnish with parsley.

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I have made it before, not from a recipe, but just my own experimenting.
You can get the Alfredo sauce already prepared in the grocery store on the aisle with the spaghetti sauce.
If you have an inside grill, like a George Foreman grill, grill your chicken strips on that. I also used the McCormick Citrus Grill seasoning on the chicken.
Cook your fettuccine noodles and drain, add the sauce and grilled chicken (cut up).
It's easy and delicious.

The recipe on the box of fettuccine (Ronzoni) in the supermarket is the best recipe I have tried... Just buy the ingredients and a store roasted chicken, make the pasta, debone and cube the chicken meat and add together at the last minute...
It kicks Olive Gardens butt!

Fettuccine Alfredo
like Olive Garden's®
Very easy, rich, and creamy! Add sliced, grilled
chicken or grilled shrimp, if desired!
Prep. Time: 0:35
Serves: 4-6
1/2 cup real butter
1 pint (2 cups / 16 fl. oz.) heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper - to taste
1 dash cayenne pepper
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan OR Romano cheese
1 lb. box fettuccine noodles - prepared as directed
chopped fresh parsley - for garnish, optional
-In a 2-quart saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter; add cream, garlic powder, and salt and peppers; simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick.
-Remove sauce from heat and stir in cheese. Do not heat sauce after cheese has been added.
-Serve sauce over hot fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
Notes: Though you can’t rush this sauce, if it seems to be taking too long to thicken, stir in up to 1/4 cup cream cheese. Make sure your Parmesan or Romano is grated and not shredded; it won't melt properly if shredded. Do not use Kraft® Grated Parmesan in the canister; your Alfredo won't taste right. Either grate your own or buy the stuff from the deli.
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
4 to 5 cups broccoli florets (from about 1 large bunch)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 2/3 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 pound penne or mostaccioli, freshly cooked
Steam broccoli florets until just tender, about 3 minutes; set aside.
Preheat broiler. Butter 13x9x2-inch broilerproof baking dish. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in heavy large Dutch oven over medium-high. Working in batches, sauté chicken strips until just cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer chicken strips to bowl. Add sliced red bell pepper to Dutch oven and sauté until just tender, about 5 minutes. Add whipping cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese and all of Monterey Jack cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Add chicken strips and any juices in bowl to sauce. Add freshly cooked pasta and steamed broccoli florets and toss until sauce coats mixture, about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer pasta mixture to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup grated cheese over. Broil until just golden on top, about 3 minutes, and serve.
