I think that you will know when the time is right......you just feel it and when you look into that persons eyes, right before it happens, you will know that it is the right time. If the first date feels right, then go for it. If not, then there is no shame in holding out if and until it does feel right.

perfectly it is when you are facing each other and smiling it is when she lets her eyes slowly wander down to look at your lips. When she looks at your lips her request for your kiss is right then.
On a second note.... If she wears glasses and you are facing her and she takes her glasses off she is telling you that she will kiss you. Have a nice Valentines Day

If you must do it on the first date, do it at the very end. and leave him wanting more. So dont like, make out with him or something.
