I used to have really pretty hair and it was curly, but now it is fried and frizzy looking and the only way it looks decent is to straighten it. I need help to make it look healthy again???

Hair is dead and cannot be repaired. The only option for severly damaged hair is to cut it off. After a good cut, apply intense conditioners at least once a week while you are growing your hair out. Remember in the future that everything you do to your hair has consequences. If you color or perm there will always be unavoidable damage from the chemicals. The same goes for heat styling tools.

Find a hairstyle that complements your features and your hair type and stick with it. Fads destroy hair.

What 's wrong with your hair? Is this from stripping it and coloring it? If it is from stripping and coloring try pantene for dry hair. This will help some over time. You probably should get the ends trimmed if your hair is longer than past your ears. You may have to just let it grow out. Sorry.

Use a shampoo and conditioner that helps with your problem. Um Pantene Pro-V is good. Use frizz ease to stop the frizziness, that's stuff is great.

curly hair gets damaged and dried out easier than straight hair...conditioner will be your best friend...always use a leave-in conditioner (spray for fine hair, creme for thick hair)...use a heat protect spray before you style...stay away from bleaching your hair, it's never a good mix...mix together leave-in conditioner and gel and wear it curly...you'll also have to get it trimmed because once it's damaged all the conditioner in the world can't help you...
