However it wont let me obtain the reports on either one as it says the system is unable to recognise me, i have applied for few things lately with no luck, do you think this has something to do with it? also has anyone else ever had this problem? i thought it maybe cause am not on electrol role but neither is my bf and hes just obtained his? thanks in advance

Do it by post, should work fine as they have to send it to your address, which is not the case when you try to do it over the Net.

I have had the same problem, often this happens when some one else shares your name, or if you've moved recently. Not that uncommon these days. Mail in the request form, they will most likely reply asking for proof of address, or social security number. You'll than mail that in with your request number and you should receive your credit report in 7-10 days.

Bit of advise. Your not on electoral role, so you don,t pay tax etc. However you just posted this on a public web site.

Send them an e-mail asking what could be the
problem. Could be a computer glitch.

they will send you a reqest for proof of adress soon,these site's are a waste of time you end up giving all you detail's over for nothing leaveing you worried!

do it by letter or ring them direct and they should be able to find you so to speak
