You've got yourself a fine looking Smooth Fox Terrier. Jack Russels have a different face and head.
She looks purebred to me, so congrats on your super shelter find!!

She's definitely a Jack Russel mix.
Make sure you get her well trained and into something to keep her mind occupied as she grows. Jacks are very intelligent, high drive dogs and can develop behavior problems if they get bored.

She absolutely has jack russel in her. When she gets older you might be able to see what else she is mixed with more easily.

Cute! She sue does have that Smooth Fox Terrier and or Toy Fox Terrier look to her also (along with the Russel look, it's a pretty similar look)
