i cant believe that im gonna answer this,.........but.....the answer is no and heres why....bar codes have a number sequence to each 1.......that number is stored in a data base that condonz these codes........for example if u take a toy from walmart and try to scan it at k-mart it will come up error......thats because k-mart isnt in the same data base as walmart.......now....i guess if the zoo had its on bar code system ........then that zebra would be inventory........j/k...........it isnt possible.......none the less it was a very interesting and off the wall question........good one!.......enjoy.

Zebras are White with Black Stripes and the pattern of the stripes are not the same on each animal!

No, you cant. Bar code have standard patern and with straight line with diference width. The strip on zebra is random shape thus scanner can not decode to any number or charactor.

No. Even though the printers are called "zebra" printers.
They require specific ordering, thinknness and spacing. It is astoundingly unlikely that a zebra would have a meaningful dispersion of lines. I suppose it is REMOTELY possible, but EXTREMELY unlikely.
