My dog usually pokes me with her nose. Or she might paw me, depending on if I'm already petting her and she just wants more. Sometimes she'll just stare and growl with her ears back and her whole butt wagging.

She stares, pokes and/or growls at us.
She doesn't understand what growling is really for. She acts more humane than like a dog.

For my dogs, it's just as simple as a dead on stare at us. A polite way to let us know they are wanting something from us, whether it be to go outside or to initiate some play time.

With my clientele I frame of mind each and every dogs as someone. they are not all alike. there is no longer a one way motivates desirous about dogs. even as practise you ought to gage your corrections to a aspect the dogs can manage. I easily have in my practise elements and e-collar, a prong collar, a halti lead, a choke collar, a martingale lead instruct lead, and flat nylon restricted slip collars, flat nylon buckle collars, and examine cords. i exploit all of those. effective reinforcement works large for some issues although there desires to be corrections for issues that are particularly incorrect or risky. there is no human being coach who has the proper approach. to each and every his personal. I not in any respect knock all and sundry yet I also not in any respect argue a level with someone who's against making use of that different approach. If the guy does no longer like the frame of mind of educating they received't use it and could no longer do any follow up artwork with the dogs so the dogs is only not educated. lots of the day after day subject matters i pass in and see at the on the spot are not aggression. they're dogs who have not been taught any manners. they could be risky put in the right placing. yet maximum only have not been taught something. maximum are below exercised and bored. they're thrilling themselves. no longer in way the owner likes. once you prepare dogs you ought to learn a thanks to make stronger a frustrating conceal. all and sundry is going to critique you and the approaches you take advantage of. enable it roll off your decrease back and pass on. you is only not in a position to thrill all and sundry. the guy who makes use of effective reinforcement in elementary words thinks they're a kinder coach and that is high-quality. sometime even as some one asks them to artwork a aggressive dogs they're going to discover out that "particular connections" in elementary words pass so some distance. they're going to also discover out that bribes do no longer continuously artwork. appreciate is going some distance with dogs. In a %. placing one is in fee and has the appreciate of the followers. He did not benefit that appreciate by technique of bribing the different dogs.

When I had my dog, she would whine, bark or if I was sleeping she would toss her toys at me to wake up. If that didn't work she'd grab her kibbles n crunch em in my ear or throw them at me..lol..And the last resort if I was sleeping n she wanted me up was to step on my bladder so then I'd have to get up..lol

I lift them up by their ears like our political god, Lyndon Baines Johnson used to do. They yelp and give me the sensation of being president. I really enjoy this acitvity and if I were president, then I would be just like our political god, LBJ.

Mine jump on my lap. I have two Westies and they are usually on my lap if I sit down. If I am doing things in the evening...they are under my feet and looking at me like "Come sit down with us Mom" They are hard to resist! My German Shepherd is too big to sit on my lap, he sits in front of me and puts his front foot or his head on my lap.
