Don't know from a parent's perspective but I was an only child and think it would have been much easier growing up with a brother/ sister. If its just you, you become the centre of everything and its a bit too much to be honest - if theres 2 or more everything is spread out (Love, ambitions, money- to name but a few)

I have 2 boys with just 3 years between them, most of the time they fight but they would be lost without each other so im so glad i had 2, we were trying for 6 years for another 1 but nothing has happened & i think there is too much of a gap now so iv gone back on the pill for the last 3 months but deep down i would of loved another 1, im just glad iv got my 2 crazy boys and think 2 children is deffo better than 1 as an only child may grow up to be really spoilt in my opinion xxxxx.

I have two little boys, and I think two is perfect. I think only one is a little sad because then the child won't have a brother or sister to play and bond with. I think it helps with socialization skills too. Go ahead and go for it!

Not at all. At least they have each other's companionship when growing up. I think an only child is not the same as they really only get adult company. And if you have 3, you should have 4 because the middle child can get middle child syndrome and go off the rails.

no way. im 20 and just had my second and im a damn good mom. the first child you have will always be the worst. its a new experience and no matter how much you read about it, its stil always daunting. but a second child comes naturally because youve already done it before. no parent is perfect but i saw the more u have is easier. experience goes a long way. xxxxx good luck if you do want another xx

I can't see why. A friend of mine says that with two they will play together ( provided they are around the same age) and with three there's always one left out. I have one, my step-son, and he is a bit of a loner who prefers to stay in and watch TV or play computer games even though we constantly kick him out to play. Two is probably much better than one because they keep each other amused.

No..
Two kids are not too much more "trouble" than one kid....now three kids?...Three kids are TOTALLY different from one kid.
Actually, when you have two kids they will eventually help keep each other occupied. Hang in there....too soon they'll be grown and gone.

Course not! One child tends to get spoiled. Two keep things moving along. Two is perfect.

i think 2 kids is not too many. As long as you can support them.
