Here in Canada several of the meat packers make it and we also have a product called "Chicken Bacon", it comes in regular, maple, pepper and spicy, when I was a chef I also used a product made with a veal breast, cured and smoked, it looked like slab bacon, but was said to be kosher, why I don't know.
I have had Turkey Pastrami and Montreal smoked meat, in Canada we have about 30 different varietys of turkey products once thought to be pork or other meat based.

I no longer eat meat, but when I did Butterball made delicious turkey bacon, they make it in "regular" and "thin and crispy"(which is harder to find). I tried other brands of turkey bacon and they sucked.

i think there is a turkey bacon product out there -- you should ask the meat manager at your local grocery store. i know i've had it before, but i don't shop for bacon often.
