the protection bar has scan for spywear,remove adwear and popups, spam protection and security test, when i try to surf the net it takes me to protection warning .com who tells u to install various softwear .

It would have helped if you had mentioned what the "Protection Bar" was.
Like what is it's name?
What is it "protecting" you against?
In the absence of this detail, I'm afraid we can't really help you much!?!?
One of the things that might help, though, is that you go to "Add/Remove Programs" find the Program that is the "Protection Bar" and click on "Remove"!
The rest is easy!

just right click the grey part of browser then uncheck the bar
