Topping it off with cinnamon or using cinnamon sticks for a stir stick is very aromatic and appealing. You should also use some whipped cream or whipped topping. Try shaving some chocolate on the very top, it will melt but looks so good. Extra vanilla extract or some rum extract makes it special too.

Add a handful of powdered - almonds, maize, barley, wheat, some lentils, a stick of cinnamon and u have a nutritious mix which can be a substitute for breakfast or if need be supper too !

Hot Chocolate Float
1 servings 2 min
1 cup water
1 envelope powdered cocoa mix
chocolate-chip mint ice cream
In a 2-cup measure microwave water, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or till steaming hot.
Stir in cocoa mix.
Pour into a mug.
Top hot chocolate with a small scoop of ice cream.
Serve immediately.
Kicky Hot Chocolate
4 servings 25 min 10 min prep
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup hot water
4 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
4 ounces cinnamon schnapps
whipped cream
cinnamon
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Boil and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in milk and heat, do not boil.
Remove from heat, add vanilla.
Pour into mugs.
Add a shot of schnapps.
Top off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tennessee Hot Chocolate
4 1/2 cups 35 min 15 min prep
3 cups milk
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup bourbon
marshmallows
Combine milk and half-and-half in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
Add sugar and cocoa, whisking until blended.
Remove from heat; whisk in vanilla and bourbon.
Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows, if desired.
Special Hot Chocolate
1/2 ounce Amaretto
2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
5 ounces hot chocolate
marshmallows or whipped cream

try adding a package of mix to a cup of coffee, its yummmmmmy even more so when u buy the mix that has like vanilla, or raspberry ot white chocolate. Something different but yummy!

take some peppermint candies and crush them and add them to the mix. they will melt some when made and also leave a little tiny crunchiness to it as well. It is an awesome flavor

i even have some spicy hot chocolate that has finely crushed peppers in it, and it tastes awesome. just dont chug it if you've never had it in case you have a low tolerance of spicy food.
