Last Friday I had one episode of diarrhea (15 hours after I took my birth control pill) and I had another one this morning (13 hours after I took my pill). Would this affect the effectiveness of my pill?

I wouldnt think so since the you had diarrhea 13-15 hours after taking it. I might be concerned if it happened within the hour. but definetly call your gyno just to be sure. you can call the office and just ask the nurse directly and she will know.
good luck!

Um, probably not, since the pill is in your bloodstream and isn't transferred into the waste section of your body until it's all used up.

I'd be abstinent just in case........

It shouldn't,... unless you're not taking your pills orally. Check the package to make sure though.

No as the med was already absorbed into your blood stream by then.
