How can you get your hair to stay in big clumps/sections when it is scrunched?

Also, how are you supposed to part your hair when you are scrunching it? How do you make it so that there is no part in your hair and how do you make it stay that way?

You need a good texture spray to get that effect. First shampoo and condition your hair and towel dry. Take half of your hair and clip it up. Spray a texture mist like Phyto Organics Sea Swell, and scrunch your hair and use a diffuser. Once that part is dry, let the top section of your hair down and repeat. Spray your hair lightly with hair spray to keep the look.
