the white strips are great, although they do get kinda messy. Don't believe the comercials that show peolpe talking on the phone, or walking around the city with them on. After a few minutes they get slippery, and teh goo in them tastes like crap. But if you can hold out and follow the directions these are great. The ones you can get from your dentist are a littel more expensive, but they are also a stronger formula than the "over the counter ones." If you smoke or drink coffee try to brush at least 3 times a day, or at least chew sugarfree gum, it will help to wash away all the stuff in your grill ;)

I used Crest White Strips and they did great. Haven't used them for about 3 years, though. Now I use the Listerine pre-brush rinse, which really does make a difference. The best thing you could do, though, is go have your teeth cleaned by a dentist.

Crest White Strips work pretty good. I think it's because they keep the whitener on your teeth better.
