I'm not sure what you are asking either, but there is either tax fraud and things like it where you fake it to make it seem like you have paid your taxes, or where the Federal government is deliberately charging some people more on their taxes than in other states.

I'd say the most obvious difference is the way they are spelled.
I'm not real sure what you are asking here.

If you are paid under the table, ( meaning you are employed without the benefit of being placed on payroll)then your employer is not withholding any federal income tax, social security, or medicaid. That in itself is not illegal, if the employer employees you on his books as an independent contractor and reports your wages to the government via form id#1099. It is illegal for the person being paid under the table to fail to claim this income if it is more than $400.00 annually.
If an individual decides to work under the table, he is ineligible for worker's compensation and he is also ineligible for unemployment compensation. If an individual is employed as an independent contractor he is responsible for the entire burden of social security and medicaid rather than just 50% .
So the tax isn't illegal, but the failure to pay it is.

That legal taxes are paid by a legal worker...And Illegal taxes are paid buy illegal worker...That is the diference..

legal taxes are paid by legal hard working Americans And nena_en_a... the difference is that an order for an illegal to pay taxes the would of had to of stolen someones SS# that is breaking the law that is the difference.......
