The answer.......... the defendant was a siamese twin. The judge couldn't punish the guilty without punishing the innocent too.

It was a case of murder for hire. The judge paid the defendant to murder someone.

The defendant is the person accused of the crime, not the victim so there's no reason to think he's dead. Unless he murdered himself?

on the beginning up they say which you are the bus motive force. each and all of the speaking approximately human beings coming in or out does not matter. that's there to distract you. in case you are the bus motive force, then he has the comparable eye colour as you (you are the comparable individual).
