This guys that I have been talking to since New Years are "supposed" to have plans for V-day. We talked about it a few weeks ago, when we decided that we would be each others valentine. We were going to do something small, since its the weekday and do something else on the weekend. Now we are supposed to be going to the movies (that he picked out), but now he acted like he was changing his mind all together and also said that we will talk about it. But TODAY is V-day, right? So, my problem is that now I have a bad feeling about this and that we will not go out at all, nor will I get to see him this weekend. He has b-day parties to go to Fri and Sat......? I want to say something to him but not sure about how to do so, since we have not offically had the "TALK" yet. But all the signs were there that all would be good with us, but as of this morning....I am so not sure. What should I do?

Ask him straight out if you guys are going out later. If he fumbles, then you know he's yanking your chain. I'd move on from this guy before he has a chance to drag you around much farther
