Well try this out...
1) Grind tender neem leaves with tulsi n turmeric.... this will kill all the bacteria present in the skin n they will slowly dissapper.
2) Apply paste of orange peel every week to provide enough vitamins for the skin. This will keep the skin glowing.

these sound like blackheads...youshould consult your dermatologist. If you don't want to do that, then you should scope out the drugstore remedies for blackheads or read what the uses of the product are. I heard proactive works great but once you stop using it you break out so you always have to continuously use it. But that was only from one person and everyone is different so check out the products and make sure they aren't going to make the situation any more noticeable.

Don't take any body advise just concern any skin specialist because face is our first impression and please don't play with your face is in any body advise
if you got any mark in your face so please use calak lotion it like a foundation but it's lotion for skin it can protect your skin from harmful sunlight. I want to let you know apply tomato juice in your skin with cotton after half hour wash your face cold water. Use the remedy regular two times at morning and evening but don't apply any kind's of moisturizer in your face at night. Use all this then choose your best answer I am 100% sure you will get good result because I am regularly using this remedy.

Without knowing what size these spots and marks are I guess that maybe they are dry patches of skin. Try a good quality moisturizer.

as i see these are not pimples but some problem with the skin, better contact the skin specialist, because you said it is some red spotts, dont delay, it may spread. go to doctor immeditely.

1.Drink lots of water
2.use fresh Lemon on face at night before sleep.
3. use "malahe" on face at morning only fifteen minute then you wash your face with face wash.

drink lot of water n juices.
avoid sweets, spicy, oily or any unhealthy and packets food.
have gud healthy food @ fresh green leafy veg.,pulses.......
use neem water for bath.
don`t stress
do light exercise daily
love yourself n others...
