Sounds a little odd but you may want to call up the Venitian hotel in Vegas, they have the gondola there and I bet they sell suvinor gondalas...or use a model making kit like this one. That way they are more personal and great keepsake from your wedding

yes,u just simply go to malaysia.there, it have the world biggest gondolas and it is called "the eye of malaysia"
i'm sure u can rent it for ur wedding day,i'm sure they will help u in doing so........good luck

What about a party supply / rental center?
If anything, I'm sure a wedding dress shop would have local places for you to call.
