I'm in wining and dining at home. Roasted butternut squash with roasted sweet potatoes, chesnuts, sage and bacon - probably with roasted on the vine tomatoes too. Glass or two of wine for me, beer or two for the old man. Yummy - am looking forward to my evening in and early night!

You're not alone! I'm happily staying home and having oven-baked chicken w/gravy, rice, steamed and buttered broccoli and a small side salad with bleu cheese dressing probably - though I may opt for thousand island instead.

I will finish off dinner with a dessert of a slice of King Cake my mom shipped me from Baton Rouge - yummy! I feel so loved!!!!

I'm not going out either, but I have been out on V-Day and it is too overcrowded and the restaurants have special menus, so I think I may have a glass of wine and some shrimp with pasta.

Staying at home. Fixing my husband a nice roast with potatoes carrots and onions. Also making a wonderful cake. It's more romantic to stay at home and snuggle up together.

I am cooking my husbands favorite meal: Chicken, rice and gravy he loves it and he gets home late from work so its an easy reheat. Married 24 3/4 yrs. To cold to go out, light the fire and have a romantic dinner.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
