I'm a christian and so I believe in Jesus and the Father. So let's say for a second that I'm right: I spend eternity in heaven, and let's say that I'm wrong: I die, go in the ground, end story. Now let's say for you non-believers that your right: You die, go in the ground, end story. Now let's say your wrong: You burn in hell for eternity. Now who has the upper hand in these scenarios?

I'm not trying to scare anyone, just simply stating occording to both of our beliefs, you definetly have the lower hand. If the worst comes true for me, big deal. If the worst comes true for you.....yikes.

We atheists have the upper hand. Because we haven't fallen for Pascal's Wager. Which as been logically refuted. It amazes me that it never occurs to Christians that ANY religion can say "if you believe in me you'll go to Heaven, and if you don't you'll burn in Hell. In fact several do. What makes you think you have the right religion ? It wouldn't even work, if hypothetically your religion was the only one saying it. Because obviously some one can just make it up. GET A CLUE.

Nobody. You all end up dead. That's the only certainty. All of the rest is just conjecture.

You are just as likely to come back as a squirrel.

You missed out the alternative. Atheists live their life using logic and reason as God intended-you squandered it by immersing yourself in mindless theological dogma. God might ask you to account for wasting the gift of life.

Can't you guys come up with something new ?

If your main reason for believing is simply a case of hedging your bets................ need I say more ?

I see others have pointed out already how infinitely flawed Pascal's Wager was and remains, so I won't waste my time.
