Lemsip Max Sinus Capsules contain Phenylephrine and Paracetamol. Remember not to take anything else with paracetamol in whilst taking these!
Phenylephrine is a decongestant but you'd be better off with an expectorant cough medicine specifically for a chesty cough. Anti-catarrh pastilles would help your throat, or you could try inhaling some steam to loosen the phlegm.
Hope this helps!

lempsip max sinus capsules are for stuffy noses.
they won't help with the throat, go to your local chemists and ask for some chesty cough syrup. the expectorant in the syrup will help clear your lungs of the mucus accumulated there.
good luck!

You'd be better with an expectorant cough medicine such as pholcholine.
Try to cut down on dairy products for a bit until it clears.

No, use Mucinex/Guaifenesin. Try to find the pills or the syrup. Just plain robitussin.
