Recently, I have suffered from BDD. Unfortunately, I came to realize the imperfections of my face I saw could not be changed. However, I decided I COULD change my weight and be in control of that. Therefore, I have recently decided to go to 100 lbs. and I am 5'6. I have not been eating well recently, I suppose it could be worse (as not eating anything at all) but I have been limiting myself to only 600 calories a day.
First of all, is this anorexia? If so, how can I stop it before it gets worse?

Well, if that is your photograph, then i shall tell you that I can't really find any imperfections at all.
Whatever you do, drink lots of water and two or three cups of tea a day, this will stop you from getting dehydrated. Such amount of tea will help you to eliminate the amount of water your body doesn't need, but do drink water.
It is a good thing to do to limit the amount of calories per day, but I think 600 per day is too little as to do it at once and all of a sudden, your body is used to a much bigger amount, so it will assimilate every single one if you make such a violent cut on the amount of calories.
Try this, limit your amount of calories to 1750 per day during the first week. Then the second week go down to 1500 cal per day during two weeks. The fourth week go down to 1250 cal per day during the next two weeks. By the time you finish the sixth week, you'll find you've lost weight plus your body will have got used to this amount of calories. Try keeping this last amount for four weeks, you should reduce your weight even more by doing this.
You also must have at least five meals a day, but only one of these may be a large one. The meal before going to bed should be not large, not too small.
So divide the amount of calories accordingly to the size of the meal.
Do not weigh yourself every day, do it once a week. If you do it every day then you'll find no changes from one day to the next one and believe me, this gets anyone to get disappointed and drop the diet.
Do include things that you like, maybe a chocolate, a piece of cake, obviously this calories also count in your daily amount.
Finally NO, I DON'T THINK THIS IS ANOREXIA, since you are quite aware of what you are doing and why you are doing it. The fact of thinking on an amount of calories tells us so. Therefore take it easy and don't push yourself, changes take time and time will pass much faster than you think and you'll see changes within the next month. Also doing the sort of diet I described is the best way to ensure you won't gain weigh later on, since is a way to educate your organism.
Good luck.

Anorexia is a mental disorder which the person, though very thin or underweight, views them self as obese. At 5' 6" and 100 lbs, you are grossly underweight. Therefore, if you still believe you are obese, then you need psychological help. Seek a therapist ASAP.

NO YOU'RE NOT ANOREXIC!
Damn it, listen to others not yourself. If that's really your picture, you have nothing to worry about, you're beautiful. Heart patients live on more calories than you are. My mother was on a 1000 calorie diet. You're starving yourself FOR NOTHING!
I only wish I could see you face to face to knock some sense into that pretty brain of yours.
Eat healthy but don't starve yourself!
