seems like many do not pay attention to how they state their question and how others trying to read it could possibly understand what the hell they are trying to get at.

I agree. The "text message speak" is especially atrocious. Just spell the word. People actually use NE for ANY, thus saving one character. Idiots. I also read that kids are starting to submit school assignments written in that "language"!

I don't think people are stupid. Just misguided.
The people who do this are not using their brains and its laziness that causes them to use poor spelling and poor grammar. Also the contents are very weak and nonexistent. But sometimes I get a laugh as they are the lame ducks in the society. Could you imagine Bill Gates or Donald Trump writing such rubbish? The white trash elements in our society is getting too much exposure. But what do I know?

People are stupid! They always have been. It's extremely difficult to get a straight answer from most, so I'd expect their questions to be not so forthcoming. It's like a law of nature.
