They do.... they don't have the right to go to heaven... ha ha ha... oh man : )

But seriously, "rights" are typically issued by govenment and in america, government and religion are seperate, so no. In the human/civil rights department, all humans be equal regardless of who thier god(s) is/are or isn't.

Once again no...Just because your atheist doesn't mean anything and really doesn't put you in a group to be discrimated against, your not a race or not a religion, your just a person that doesn't have a belief in a high power...So I ask you Why would you believe atheist should have less rights?

When we keep expanding the influence of church and the influence of religion, they will both eventually overlap and rule one another. I just hope it does not turn us into a Iran, or Saudi Arabia style government where the country is a figurehead, and the real power lies with the clerics and Imams. Isn't that why we declared our independence anyway, in order to form a more perfect union, where we could practice whatever religion we want? Hmmm.

Yes, those darn atheists, we should lock them all up and throw away the key. Who do they think they are? Trying to think for them selves and not follow the dogma of what other people tell them. Actually learning and thinking for them selves. The world was made for good Christian people to follow the bible blindly and with out question or thought. Those atheists are making people think and should be punished for it. It's time for all of us to get together, watch some sit-coms, read the U.S.A Today, and banish all individual thought. Who's with me?

hahahahaha, you wish;))))))) Why do you always refer to Christians as if they're the ONLY ONES entitled to rule the world and decide what to do????? It's time for you to wake up mate: Christians don't rule the world anymore, Crusades are over, you know?;)...We, Atheists HAVE the same inalienable rights that EVERY other human being has and deserves to have, and NOBODY (not even the most radical Christian bigot) can ever change this;)

no.... should they have less than a Buddist, or a Johova's whitness? I'm still going to guess no. Are you going to ask about Native Americans because they aren't atheists either? What is your hang up about Christians in general.

No. I'm a saved sinner but I still believe that both unsaved and saved should have equal rights because we are both humans and it shouldn't matter what we belief that's not what makes a person what makes a person is the heart not their belifs.

Fundamental rights, no.

But the Constitution sets up a form of government based on majority rule. So simply being a minority does not grant you the full equality of result.
