takes about 20 minutes to deplete glycogen (available fuel for your muscles) after you deplete the glycogen you dip into your fat stores. So 1 Hr session is better for fat loss. Glycogen is replaced with the next meal containing carbohydrates.

Recommended frequency is three times a week and each time about 45 mins to an hour. If you have not exercise for a long time then try something light, eg warm up exercises/stretching and jogging. Progress with long distances the next time. Do take care of youself and ensure that you can cope before increasing the pace and speed. Good Luck!

You do not ever want to over do it, just not good for you! You need to exercise one time a day for about an hour. Try the Elliptical machine if you have access to one. Eat right, and you should loose what you need to loose. The best time to work out is when you get up in the morning, you are burning more calories throughout the day that way. Good luck, I am sure you will be able to do it.

I say maximise your efforts. Don't ever count the time you work-out beforehand.
Make exercise a challenge you love. Use your strength to the max without burning out, so that when you're done you don't feel tired but really relaxed. And you actually have more energy after the exercise. Not "active" energy, but higher energy levels...
