It depends on your area, your vet,the weight of your dog and if they use a laser or not. Call a few vets in your area. They can give you an estimate.

It depends on the age and weight of the dog and honestly, how expensive your vet is.
I've seen low cost places that have spay neuter clinics for $25. I've also seen vets charge up to $175-200.
Depending on where you live, I bet it varies a lot too.
In the Midwest, it's around $100 -$125 on average. It's just so hard to tell you without knowing where you live, what breed, how much the dog weigh etc.
Call around. You can find a low cost spay neuter clinic through your county shelter if you need to save money. You can also find a wide variety of price with the vets in your area.
Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

it is a query for the vet. an in intensity bill provides you you with the information you want. Vet expenses determination everywhere in the country, and what's pricey in a unmarried area might want to be the norm in yet another, for this reason, inspite of human beings say on the cyber web might want to be very faulty. If there have been subject matters in the course of the surgical treatment that required further anesthesia or different elements, the fee can pass up. Did the dogs have a retained testicle? That expenses funds to get rid of and may want to be complicated. I easily have had small dogs neutered for $one hundred and fifty and one fee me almost $500 because the retained testicle replaced into way contained in the tummy and it took always to get at it. So once again, it is a query on your vet.

It depends on the area\vet. because they are going to have to shave the area if he has fur, a.k.a. prepping him for surgery. Put him under with an anesthetic, and they sometimes have to keep them overnight to make sure there are no other complications with the surgery. Its an all day process, but a very routine surgical procedure. However there are more modern non surgical ways to do the deed...
Modern nonsurgical alternatives:
Injectable
Male dogs - Neutersol (Zinc gluconate neutralized by arginine). Cytotoxic; produces infertility by chemical disruption of the testicle. It is not being produced anymore.
Female mammals - Vaccine of antigens (derived from purified Porcine zona pellucida) encapsulated in liposomes (cholesterol and lecithin) with an adjuvant, latest US patent RE37,224 (as of 2006-06-06), CA patent 2137263 (issued 1999-06-15). Product commercially known as SpayVac, a single injection causes a treated female mammal to produce antibodies that bind to ZP3 on the surface of her ovum, blocking sperms from fertilizing it for a period of 22 months or more (depending on the animal). Very interesting huh?
