Feeding raw portions of meat will NOT hurt your dog at all. It will NOT make him sick, it will NOT cause worms or any other such nonsense. You can feed raw beef, lamb, pork (yes pork), chicken, turkey, venison, etc.

There are many dogs that are fed a total raw diet, others who get it in addition to kibble and still others who get it as occassional treats. It is a natural food for dogs..their digestive systems are designed to digest raw meat with no issue.

Raw is OK as long as it is fresh, I wouldn't put it in the bowl with dry food because the juice from the meat can soak into the dry food and go bad as it sits. Really, the folks that think raw meat bad for a dog must be thinking of spoiled meat, or I don't know what?!? What do they think wolves do, run to the market for a bag of kibble when they are hungry? LOL

Nothing wrong with raw meat. I had a dog fed on nothing but raw meat and she lived till 16 without any problems at all.

I feed my dog scraps of raw meat while cooking and he is fine, been doing it for 2 years with no problems. he LOVES it. dogs aren't sensitive to the bacteria in raw meats like humans are.

it's actually better for them than regular dog food. Good choices to start with are Beef and lamb, then try chicken and after that you may try small amounts of pork. All dogs thati've seen switch from regular dog food to raw food are much healthier than before.

raw meat is alot more healthy than the crap dog food u buy at the grocery store and the vet go ahead. NO pork though. pork has to go through a process first before it is safe to feed dog.

Absolutely! You don't want to mix it with kibblle though . Kibble and raw digest at different rates. Many people feed one raw meal and one kibble meal a day.

It's not a good idea. You should give him dog food or human food don't mix it. We feed our dog dog food. If you feed him human food then it'll spoil him and you'll be sorry.
