I don't, but I used to. As another person mentioned, these soups are packed with sodium, so that's one of the reasons I stay away from them now. Sodium leads to water retention, which sabotages dieting efforts. Not to mention sodium raises cholesterol and is generally not good in large amounts. However, those soups are very delicious, convenient and affordable. My favorite flavor was the one with the shrimps.

Not a good idea. Those things are way high in sodium. Read the label. An occasional one won't harm you but every day sounds like a bad idea, and eventually may raise your blood pressure and give you heart problems. Switch to fruits and yogurt.

If you can count ramen as being close enough to cup-of-soup, then I have that about 4 times a week as my morning snack.
It's pretty sad I guess since I'm an adult and can afford far better food now, but it's just my favorite snack.

I don't eat them every day, but at least 3 days per week. My co-workers tell me I'm nuts, that I'm going to have a heart attack from the salt, blah blah blah. FIRST of all, salt doesn't actually cause heart problems--it just aggravates it if you already have a heart condition.
I don't care--I love my Instant Lunch!!

I used to. Ihaven't had one in a while. I just bought one the other day though. I don't usually eat lunch anymore. I gained way too much weight last year. I'm back down to one meal a day now...

I used to but not anymore, I realised that it's far healthier to have a proper lunch rather than one of those things everyday. They are just small bags of salt and hold no nutritional value in them at all

I used to, when I was in college and had no time to cook anything decent. Not anymore though, I found out that its very unhealthy to ONLY eat that.
