With that said, 1st thing you should be doing is eating enough meals that will allow your body to NOT enter into starvation mode and shut down and store fat so it can continue to live.

Exercise. Exercise will raise your metobolic rate. This is will aid in the fat burning.

other then that, be careful of this type of dieting. i have used it with success. You should use, www.fitday.com . The site is free and you can track EVERYTHING!! Your caloric intake, your workouts, your weight, your everything!! Trust me you will love it.

If you're not already doing this, try and break your meals down into 5 or 6 small meals a day spread out over 2-3 hours apart.

Don't eat after 7pm.

Do some cardio where you keep your heart rate between 110-120 (fast-walking or light jogging) this burns more calories from fat than jogging fast or running.

If possible do weight training. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn. Don't worry about being muscle-bound either. You can also have one cheat day per week. That should prime your metabolism for the rest of the days during your diet.

Dude i'm in same situation. I'm at 13lbs down in 3weeks but would also like to raise my metablism. Only thin I do is eat 5 very small meals a day to keep the fire burning. I eat less than 20carbs a day to keep loosing.

exercise is really good-lots! small meals a day and try coffee(if you dont take it now) or even better, green tea. and fidget! apparently fidgety, restless people are skinny as the constant motion keeps their metabolism high
