I only used to drink full fat and didn't like it any other way, now I am on semi skimmed and have been for at least 8 years.
I don't like full fat anymore, 'spose you get used to a taste after so long.
Hope this helps!!

I guess it is Semi-Skimmed.
Whatever 1% in the States is. Skim milk (fat free) just has the texture of water. My mom grew up on a farm... Hubby grew up on a farm... I grew up near Wisconsin - just can't stomach the texture of Skim milk. I do 1% - it only adds 20 calories per cup, and that's worth it to me. DH buys 2%, so I have to make sure I run out to the store before the milk runs out.
