hey guys...i need a little bit of help in dis....actually ma problem is tht i've fat kinda legs....i need to get rid of the fat within 3 weeks atleast...and THAT'S the problem....and if itz an exercise jus temme what kind of exercise shud i do? plzzzzzzzz help!!!

First off, eliminate sugar and caffeine from your diet. I highly recommend Pilates. It elongates the muscles giving them thinner, leaner appearance.

I agree with the pilates. Besides it was originally meant to keep injured dancers in shape, have you ever seen how long and slim of legs ballerinas have? it works, i am already kind of seeing results but you have to get one that is challenging. I have an abworkout with ana caban it used to be really hard and now its not as hard after only 1 week! i have a just visible 4 pack in the morning now but i am pretty petite so that may be why it took so little time for them to become visible...but anyway it elongate the muscles in your legs

Get on the elliptical for 60 min a few times a week. You just need to excercise and do cardio. Drink only water.

do a spinning class. its hard. but it works!!
