How can I open this excel file without it Not Responding?....?

It is 1,559kb's...and it will not open. Everytime I try, it doesn't respond. I even tried to merge it within MS Word so I can salvage the data...nothing. Help???

It is possible that since it's a large file, it takes Excel a while to open it. Open the file and just wait a couple of minutes and Excel should open the file.
