i think there are these exercises that you can do so your vision gets better....also....there are contacts that you only have to wear at night and they correct your cornea for an hour....or something like that....hope that helped

You cannot get rid of glasses without surgery unless you switch to contact lenses.

You cannot get rid of sinuses. You mean to get rid of sinus infection. You did not mention which sinus involved? Try to have a full antibiotic course. Sinuses are infected when you get cold usually. To minimize colds take one tablespoon of honey daily at breakfast.
