There a lot of Hindu minorites in the Middle East. They have settled and are living a great life. You never hear of anyone killing, raping or massacring them. You never heard of temples being burned in Kuwait, Oman, Yemen or the UAE. Also, the Hindus over there are succesful in different fields. On the contrary, in India the Muslims are living in slums, they dont have positions in government. Villages burned, muslim women raped and much more.

I've been over there. The muslims in India, in the poorer parts, are harassed and sometimes even whole villages destroyed. If you don't believe me just look it up. I've seen pictures and videos where Indian broke into homes of entire families and set them on fire.. They've even snatched babies from their mothers' arms and set them on fire. It's not a joke. If you get the chance to step foot outside of our border and highly censored nation, you will see that life was not what was shown on TV. It's hard out

yes,you right,Muslims are more tolerant towards their Hindu minorites than the Hindus.
in my country,Malaysia,there are 3 main religion;islam,buddha;and hindu.although hindu is the minority and islam are the majority in my country,muslims in my country not do bad thing to hindus,they live together peacefully.i even have a lot of hindus friend.
that is a proof that islam is a peaceful religion.hindus live very well in islamic country,like my country,malaysia,as well other country that you mention in your question.but muslims in india have little problem against hindus.that maybe because hindus in india doesn't really undertand islam due to minority of islam in india.islam is a peaceful religion

India has the second largest concentration of Muslims in the world. Why? Because Hinduism is the most tolerant religion in the world. It is open to all kinds of ideas and thoughts from everywhere. It allowed questions to be asked about its principles, and this was the main reason why the religion evolved into the most sensible and flexible system of beliefs. Persecuted people from other religions were warmly welcomed in India and allowed to settle. Examples are Parsis (Zoroastrians), Jews, Christians and Muslims too. Parsis escaped persecution from Iran and found a welcome refuge in India. Christian missionaries started coming to India almost immediately after the religion was born. Even Muslims have come in this manner, though unfortunately, for the most part, Muslims kings invaded India and tried to subjugate and convert everything to the Muslim way of life.
In India, you will find even any man in the street respecting the figures of other faiths. Although Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism are offshoots of Hinduism, they are almost regarded as offsprings of Hinduism and their religious figures are respected by everybody. At many Hindu temples, you will find Buddhist and Jain statues.
The reason Hindus are tolerated 'a little' in the Gulf countries is purely economic: the help of the Hindus are required for the economy. The Gulf countries know they cannot become richer if they choose to persecute groups which could help them become richer. Why are Hindus persecuted in, and have bee annhilated from, other Muslim countries like Pakistan?
So, no, Islam is the most intolerant religion in the world, and Hinduism is the most tolerant religion in the world.

Actually I choose to hate on the people who I find the most annoying. The Hindu's don't make a habit of telling other people how to live, of trying to convert other countries to Hinduism. Ditto for the Jews. As for Muslims, please, read my posts. I can't stand Muslims. I'm not fronting. I'm an atheist and, truth be told, I'd rather the whole world were 100% Xtians that 1%Muslim and 99%atheist. That said, I'm not really all that fond of the Xtians. It's just that Islam is so ****** up that it makes Xtianity look sane by comparison.

There are deluded people in both camps, crazy Hindus are the ones who commit these atrocious acts, and there are same among Muslims.
Otherwise though, consider that India is the second largest Muslim country (or at least, has the second largest Muslim population). Can't say the same for any of the Middle Eastern countries with their Hindu populations.

We cannot generalise about any religion-as Muslims it happens to us enough so why do it to others?
There's extremists in all religions-so yes you may find Hindu's who don't like Muslims with a passion and you'll also find Muslims who hate Hindu's with a passion.
As for Hindu's who live in the Middle-East, I know of Chrisitans who live in the Middle-East too who say most people (not all) just live in harmony there because there isn't enough of any religion to cause friction.
Cruelty happens everywhere-if you are so bothered about what is happening to our Muslim brothers and sisters why not look at Sudan? Look what's happening there.

There is a very long and violent history between the Muslims and the Hindu people that I think still carries on into today. I think some of the intolerance may be more political than religious.

um actually it is the other way round.
the president of india is muslim
alot of bolllywood actors are muslim.
there are hindus as well as muslims living in slums in india. india is still developing. we dont want anybody to live in the slums no matter what religion. indian muslims have alot of freedom in india, just ask zakir naik.
by comparison, lets look at pakistan. there is not 1 hindu temple in pakistan, coz they were all abolished. there are no temples in the middle east anymore since they needed that space to build mosques. there is 1 temple in iran i think which is no longer being used as a temple. there is a sikh temple in afghanistan which the taliban failed to destroy, but did destory the giant buddha statues.
the muslims in india are happy, they love india and supports them. they get on well with hindus in most places and in the close future will all live in harmony, with the sikhs, jains, christians, jews, parsi's buddhists etc. india is gods country and god will help all indians, no matter that religion the indian is. u will soon see alot of mixed marriages....i.e. muslim-hindu, hindu -christian etc.....just ask hrithick roshan and suzanne khan...also ask saif ali khan whose mother was a hindu.... india will rule the world.
u dont hear abt temples being destroyed in middle east coz they have all been destroyed hundreds of yrs ago. it was hindu girls is pakistan that were captured and raped and forced to convert.
u really are not intelligent. .............all indians get on well.

The Huge Amount of Wrong and Misleading Ideas about Muslims and Islam has never seized to surprise me ,,
I was living in UAE and there were So Many religions there , But Muslims were the Majority but i've never heared about a Muslaim abusing people believing in other religions , on the other side , when Muslims are the Minority they always get abused.

How do you explain the Missionaries of Charity...Mother Theresa's nuns embracing unwanted Muslim babies rejected by their own culture just because they cannot afford to feed them? How do you explain Muslim girls being 'married' off to grandpas so they could have a mouth to feed and then claim that it is fate that brought them together? How do you explain Muslim girls being sold as prostitutes on account of not being able to afford them...but it's ok to have a dozen Muslim boys in the household???? I have yet to learn how one tolerates the other!
