but as we know the human tendancy or capacity slowly decrease
and u know earlier a human eat in morning and thre was no need to eat till next day or for 1 week .

I am not sure if it was 14 feet but when I had the vision of Him he
was huge- atleast 10 feet.

No. Maybe when they make statues of them. Now Hanuman was able to grow to large size at will.
