Rasputin was a monk and close confidant/adviser to the czarina. He was (with considerable difficulty) murdered some time before the revolution. Devout or evil? Not sure he was evil, but I think he was known to take liberties that would leave me calling him something less than devout
All indicators are that Anastasia died with her family. Numerous people have claimed to be her over the years but nobody was ever able to prove their claim. Also, some years ago the remains of the family were exhumed and tested against a relative. You should be able to find those results on line.
