Is there any country i could visit without a visa on a pakistani passport?

Also what countries can a visit without visa with a pakistani passport and a french resident permit?

Would'nt think so.A visa is only issued after you have complied with the host countries health regulations, length of stay.Plus a visa states whether you are allowed to work.

Well all the countries in E.U if you have a french resident permit!
