a counsellor will provide you with that. maybe a local church, they often have counselloers or the minister himself could provide some assistance and guidance.

my heart aches for you. you must be feeling so alone at such a confusing and daunting time.

have you tried joining or attending a pregnancy class, so that you can voice any fears relating to the birth etc.

your feelings of facing a new situation such as birth and parenting is probably making you more anxious than normal. your hormones are also racing, so coping with normal things can be so much harder. and having a baby really does put anormous pressure on a marraige - you are not alone there.

i don't know where you are writing from, so not sure of what is available for you. but check your local community listings for a counsellor, or talk to your gp if you have a good relationship with them.

i'll say a prayer for you tonight.
i wish you all the best.

Call your local mental health agency. They usually work on a sliding scale fee. I think there are also sites on the internet with free counselors. You could do a yahoo search? Good luck. I don't know what is going on, but hope things are much better soon.

I guess you are in the US, do you have the Samaritans there, they are great to talk to when you are feeling bad for any reason.
