I'd say only a few days. I usually find it in the back of the fridge after a week or so and it's already turned.

Even if it's just plain white rice I wouldn't eat it after 3 days. Of course it won't really be nearly as good even the next day, even if it's reheated. And I'm particularly anal about not using food that might even have a small possibility of being bad. Fortunately white rice is very cheap to make, so it's not like you're wasting something really expensive if it goes bad.

In fridge it stays for a couple of days. Outside, it depends on the weather. In cold dry places, about 10 to 12 hours (it should not have been touched by hand). In hot and humid climate, about 6-8 hours max.

Rice is particularily dangerous for storing after cooking. If you want to keep it, spread it out on a clean flat surface (plate/s) until it has cooled to room temp, then refrigerate at or below 5C immediately. Don't use at all after 36hours, and when reheating, heat thoroughly, preferably as a thickener for a soup.

5 to 7 days if sealed properly.
Also rice can be frozen in zip lock bags for quite a long time.
Reheat by microwave while still in the bag. turns out perfect.

Up to a week as long as it's well sealed and there are no other ingredients added to it. All food will stay colder & fresher if you don't cramp your fridge; the cold air needs to circulate around the items.
