There is a guy that I have been on and off with for the past 8 months. He just is not ready to committ. This morning he texted me to tell me happy valentines day. Does this mean anything or should I not read anything into it?

his one of those guys tht need a good wake-up call!! ive been dating my boyfriend for record time of 1 year. it might not seem that long but we, like u and this guy were on and off. for at least 2 years. finally i told him tht im not some toy tht wen he gets bored of me he can just put me to one side, and there fore we can no longer be anything. not even friends. and to my amazement after about 4 long, sad and painful months he came to his senses and said tht he wants to be with me. i said one more chance and thts it. and looked at us now it'll be a year this sat and we didnt even break-up once

good - luck sweetie. just remember if he cnt commit to u then he is just not worth ur time or effort. just think u could be out there meeting Mr right

Well it means that he cares for you as a friend more than someone he wants to be commited to because he is not able to make a commitment decison yet, but text him abck and say happy valentines too, it might just make his day

No, I don't think you should read anything into it. He probably sent that same text message to other people. If he's not ready for commitment, but you are..it is probably time to move on.
