-Use one tablespoon of milk for every large egg you scramble.

-Mix the eggs and milk with a whisk or a fork and melt a little butter in your non-stick pan on medium heat.

-Add a pinch of salt to the butter... and mix it around with a rubber/silicone spatula.

-Add the egg/milk mixture to the pan and stir until curds form.

-Turn the heat up to high and fold the edges over on the the egg mass as the solidify and keep the pan in motion.

-As soon as no liquid is left, remove from heat. The eggs will look underdone, but they will continue to cook on the plate.

Break the eggs in a bowl, put in a little milk, and then beat. Heat a small pan, which you have previously covered with a spray of cooking oil (or melted butter in). Put the eggs in the pan, and scramble with a non stick spatula or wooden spoon. Enjoy your scrambled eggs. If you like you can add a little cheese to the eggs before cooking, it makes them taste a little different.

Yes, you can beat them first! Add a splash of milk to the eggs then beat. you can use a fork, or whisk. Melt some margarine in a skillet on medium heat. Adding salt or anything else is optional! Everyone has their own tastes. I stir in some shredded cheese sometimes after the eggs are cooked! And salt at the table!

Yeah, there are products like Egg Beaters that come in a carton, already blended and all you have to do is pour it into the pan. I have never once made scrambled eggs without first whisking the whites and yolks together.

You have to beat the eggs to make scrambled.....they are called scrambled eggs for a reason.....I usually add a little garlic salt, pepper, butter and milk to mine then put in pan on low heat and stir........and stir.......and stir......

Or u could just stick them in the microwave for a coupla min...just watch them...as they will rise out of the bowl.....
